At OptixBD, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a technical issue or sizing problem, we are here to help. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return & Exchange Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
The product is unused, unwashed (for clothing items), and in its original condition with the brand box intact (for gadgets and electronics).
All brand tags, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and price tags must be completely intact and included.
You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, software licensing, and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Innerwear, socks, face masks, or in-ear headphones/earbuds (once opened).
Items purchased during a "Final Sale", clearance events, or major flash sales.
Any product, gadget, or clothing item that has been physically damaged, altered, tailored, or short-circuited after delivery.
3. Return & Exchange Process
If you wish to return a product or exchange it, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support via phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video showing the issue (especially if it is a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
Once approved, you can send the product back to our hub via your preferred courier, or we can arrange a pickup service (if available in your area).
4. Refund Policy
Inspection: Once we receive your item at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect its condition (especially for gadgets and electronics) and notify you regarding the status.
Approval: If your return meets our quality and verification standards, we will initiate a refund to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).
Timeline: You will receive the credited amount within 7-10 working days, depending on the mobile banking or bank processing cycles.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted (unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product, a defective gadget, or a damaged item).
5. Replacement & Specification/Size Exchange
Whether it is technical specifications for electronics or fits for clothing items, if you need a replacement, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra delivery cost to you if the fault was ours, or subject to stock availability for standard replacement changes.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once the order is handed over to the courier service and is in transit, the standard return policy will apply.
